Complaints Procedure
Version 1.0 · Last updated 11 June 2026
Draft. If/when Ravn or its activities become FCA-regulated, this must follow the FCA's DISP complaint-handling rules and Financial Ombudsman Service referral wording — confirm scope with your adviser.
We want to put things right when they go wrong. This procedure explains how to complain and what to expect from us.
1. How to complain
Contact us with the details below and we'll take it from there:
- Email: complaints@getravn.co.uk
- Post: Complaints, Ravn Technologies Ltd, [registered address]
Please include: your name and the email on your account; what happened and when; what's gone wrong; and how you'd like it resolved. The more detail, the faster we can help.
2. What happens next
- Acknowledgement — we'll acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and tell you who is handling it.
- Investigation — we'll investigate fairly and may ask for more information.
- Resolution — we aim to resolve complaints within 4 weeks. Complex cases may take longer; if so, we'll keep you updated and aim to send our final response within 8 weeks.
- Final response — we'll explain our findings, what we'll do (if anything), and your options if you remain unhappy.
3. If you're still not satisfied
- Data-protection concerns: you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) — ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
- Financial Ombudsman Service: [If Ravn's activities fall within FCA regulation, eligible complainants may refer an unresolved complaint to the FOS within 6 months of our final response — financial-ombudsman.org.uk. Confirm applicability before publishing.]
- Consumer / ADR: you may also use applicable alternative dispute resolution or online dispute resolution routes.
4. Our commitment
We treat every complaint as a chance to improve. Complaining will never affect how we treat you, and it's free.
